Forged 84mm B20 pistons questions:
I'm thinking about buying a set of 84mm high compression pistons for my B20. Can I use them on my stock rods, or will I need a set of forged rods as well?
Has anyone been cracking sleeves with all motor B20/vtec's? I've heard about a lot or cracked sleeves when running boost but how do they hold up to high compression, high revving?
What will the weakest link be in the bottom end if running, ARP main, head and rod bolts, ~11.+:1 compression forged pistons, and fully balanced
with a Vtec head built with TODA spec B cams, and valve springs, full port/polish etc..
any tips/hints/info will be greatfully appreciated.
I did search but couldn't find exactually the answers I was looking for.
