My b16 has been overheating, i thought it was the radiator, replaced it and it still overheated. took out the thermostat and same thing, and finally the head gasket and it is still gets hot, not as hot but the temperature gauge reads up to 3/4 of the way! do you guys know of other causes for a car to over heat???

Are you sure its really getting that hot ? Is your gauge accurate, if so does your fan turn on ?

How is your radiator cap ? If its not holding pressure the boiling point of the coolant/water will decrease causing your engine to run hot. Also have you looked into the water pump ?

i was told my water pump was just fine, but im thinking of getting it "re-checked" by someone else cause i cant think of anything else, unless the radiator cap is messed up like you seggested; i didnt know about that, i guess you do learn something everyday!
