i got a cold air intake and some one told me that its not a good idea to like drive in the rain/though puddles, cuz some how some water could get sucked up through the filter and into ur intake manifold. i dont beleive him, but then i read online about how that happened to someone and it fucked up there engine. also i want t o add power locks to my 91 TEG. how hard is that. what exactly do you need?

Your cai could suck in water because your filter will be located down in the passenger side fender. You could get a bypass valve but I believe that would require you to cut and weld the cai back together. Some people say you really have to try to suck in water some people say they were driving normally when it happened. Just try to avoid the puddles and if you can't try not to hit the gas (suck in air) while going over the puddle. I have no idea about how to put in power locks
