Default prelude dyno #s

i just got my auto 2001 prelude dyno tuned at 8psi... my motor has all stock internals and i made 202.7whp and 182.4wtq... my question is will my motor last with this amount of power if the car is drivin pretty hard daily or should i do internals...

you should do internals, but i would think it would last you a year maybe. why do you only have 202whp at 8psi? that sounds extremely low for 8psi! have you done a compression check?

what engine management system are you using?

You should have titled your thread "longevity of boosting on stock internals"

or something along those lines

Those are sorry numbers actually and probably is because of the auto. There's guys on this board and all over internet forums that get 200-220 with just headwork, kinda makes you want to kick yourself in the *** for turboing an automatic lude. Oh also, it's only a matter of time to your ringlands let go on a stock block!

it will last a long time as long as your air/fuel curve is good I am making 280whp and 240torque on stock internals, h22's are strong as long as they are turned they love forced induction

8psi daily is relatively safe - but when you turbo a car -something WILL go wrong, it is only a matter of time. and if you are driving it pretty hard daily i would be more concerned about your auto tranny than your boost. to be on safe side - go get it tuned NOW. your setup will be more reliable and you'll probably squeeze a little gains out of it.
