Went to Cecil county dragway last night with my 91 CRX SI with an allmotor B20 nonvtec. Ran a

12.12 @ 111 with a 1.65 60'

The set up B20 stock bore, 13.1 Arias pistons, Crower rods, 00 B20 head race ported, Rev .20 over ss valves, Rev springs and retainers, Crower 405 cams, non ported Type - R intake, Type - R t-body, Header Tech Header, Tec II EMS. All the machine work done by KODD RACING ENGINES Hampstead Maryland

Still working some bugs out of it. Hoping to run 11's very soon.
I was wondering if its the fastest allmotor B20 nonvtec. If not I'd like to know who and how fast.

Ive dynoed it but was disappointed. It made 195/138 @ 9000. The first few dyno pulls said it made 267 ftq?. So I'm not sure what is up with the low dyno #'s.

But my old motor made 198/148 but only ran 12.48 @ 107 in the same car. The car weights about 2000 w/driver.

With a 2000lbs car at 111mph the motor has to make somewhere around 210-220 I would think?

good job nonvtecallmotor... however we had a 94 integra LS that ran 12.00@109.97 with a 1.59 60 foot. back in 1997. it had stock sleeves. 82mm bore 11:1 compression, dpr full race head, gude full race cams, valvetrain, honda ecu retuned, 66mm throtle body 4 inch intake, type R intake manifold, and a gsr tranny, and a few other goodies.... Its been so long, I think you will beat that time shortly though if you keep trying.. good luck to you.

How do u like the 405's?
Is there a big difference in power over the 404's?

wow i might dump my ls and build a b20. So question does that mean that u can use ls cams on a b20 . I know people say they are the same but are they that close?

LS cams fit in a B20. After all, the B20 and LS share the same head.

your information is wrong... it was a street race car only, untill it got sponsored by dpr...And no it did not run low 11 although it could have eventually. but the car was sold. and then shortly retired from racing. bottom line it was done 8 years ago. NON VTEC INTEGRA end of story..

 

Damn now I kick myself for not taking out my 223whp/176wtq nonvtec B20 out to the track when I had it

Nice Times and hp #'s! It is the fastest I have heard for the B20 Non-vtec's!

I have questions for you about running the 405's! What did you have to do to run those cams! I am running 404's and P30 Pistons currently but want to go to 405's and CTR's in my B18b!

 

195 whp is accurate for this timeslip, 210 would put you in the 11's, im pushing 192 running a similar time

with skinnies on the rear and running slicks? stop kidding yourself yeah you'll run street class but you trailer the car on your tow dolly, everyone that goes down to the parkway knows that.

Why only go half way? why not make it a full race car instead of trying to hold on to the title " street car " when deep down you know its not streetable? get serious.

I HAVE DRIVEN IT ON THE STREET MORE THEN ANY ******* CAR IN MY CLASS. I will drive it anywhere for the right amount of money. I STOPPED DRIVEN IT ON THE STREET BECAUSE ITS A COP MAGNIT. I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER CAR THAT I ONLY RUN ON THE STREET.
IF IT WAS A RACE CAR IT WOULD BE A HELL OF ALOT FASTER.
