Default Water Leaking.. Need help find what's wrong

OK, I got off of the freeway and all of a sudden my car makes a strange scratching noise. Kinda like metal grinding on something or something turning without lubrication. I manage to baby it home and all this water is leaking from the left side of the car. It's seems like the waterpump broke or something but I am not for sure. Does anyone know what can break in that area. It's right inside of my front left wheel well. Has anyone ever had a broken waterpump or a leaking one? Can someone help me diagnose my problem before I take it to the honda dealer. I'm taking it to the shop tommorow.

sounds like the waterpump. if it is leaking by the alternator/timing belt area, it is the waterpump. i had this same problem about a year ago. if it isn't the waterpump or around that area, i would suggest looking for cracked hoses.
