h23 manual tensioner
what store can i get one from car quest advance auto? i called auto zone they said they couldn't even get one. i know where there is a wrecked car with one at but how hard would it be to get out price wise cause the junk yard wont let u pull the parts?

Yes, You should get a new adjuster and springs. Adjuster is most of the cost.

F-series and H-series manual tensioner are the same. H22a use a auto. I said you SHOULD get a new one (aka If you are doing a H23a manual tensioner convention on your H22a, yes, your h23a parts will work). It is a bearing too. It can fail. Springs too.
