Default I've got no spark, but power to the dizzy?

Alright basics.. I had a h22 in my accord, totalled it, car still cranked and motor rev'd fine, pulled it and put it into a teg.

Now after i put it in there i have no spark...
I have thermo, tranny, valve cover wires grounded
I've got power to the dizzy (blk/yellow, blue, and yellow/grn)
Changed the ecu
no cell code
Pulled a dizzy from a working car and still wont spark in my car, put it back on his and it sparks.
Did the helms tests A21/22 had power, A25/26 had less then 1 volt.
Fuel pump primes, but switched main relays just for the hell of it still no spark.
changed batteries, always have my car being jumped by g/fs when trying this also so its cranking fast.

see if you getting power too your igniter
try this, this is for a gsr but should be the same wiring,
disconnect the blk/yel wht/blu yel/grn and blue wire from the igniter, turn the key on and check for voltage between blk/yel and body groound.
if there is no voltage check the blk/yel between the ignition and the ignitor.
if there is voltage, check for voltage between wht/blu and body ground.
if there is no batt voltage check the ignition coil, or the wht/blu wire between the ign coil and igniter.
if there is voltage check the yel/grn wire between the computer and the ignitor meaning check for continunity
if there is no continunity there is a break in the line.
and check the same for the blue wire between the tach and the ignitor and if there is no con.. there may be a break in there

i had that problem in my civic, but i found that i had a loose ground. try to wiggle the harness near the distributor and follow until it is found. at least thats what i did.

^ thought that might've been it... i pulled the harness off and all of the loom and all of the wires were fine. so i just taped it all back up and checking over everything again right now.
