some guy backed up his SUV onto my car at a stop light... after looking at the damage...
it only seems like the license plate, the license plate holder, and the hood were damaged

my hood is like half closed now and i had problems opening it... is it just my hood? how much would it cost? the damage on the hood just seems to be the front of it, and one side doesn't close

 

with a high vehicle such as an SUV, chances are that you got lucky and only your hood was damaged, but post some pics so that we can take a look. If your hood isnt closing all the way, i really hope you arent driving it, especially on the highway. my friend had a geo prism with a faulty hood latch and it came up on us on the highway....scary *** stuff!! and if its only your hood, you can go junkyarding to get a new used one, or even better, use this as an excuse to get that CF hood you always wanted .

 

why don't you just get an estimate from a body shop first since it was the other guys fault?
