99 civic wont start
This is my brothers car, which has never been taken care of. The only maintenance he has done is oil changes and the vehicle has appox. 70k miles.
When you turn the key, it makes that ch-ch-ch sound like it wants to start but it doesnt. I asked a couple of people and they said it might have something to do with the fuel system. Im planning on doing a tune up tomorrow to see if that makes the car start. If that fails, does anyone know what else I should look at/replace?
tia.

do the tune up, see if your fuel pump is turning on when you turn your key. i had the same problem on my 99 si and it turned out to be my timing belt, the teeth were broken off. might want to check that.
