he's selling things but wont send. i already got some informatuion on him and going to file a police report. i know he lives in florida and i got his phone # so that should be good enough. well just letting people know watsup. dont buy from him.

 

I won't call him a scammer YET but, he recieved payment on Wed. the 6th of this month for an Intercooler that I bought from him and I still have not recieved it. I'll give hime the benefit of the doubt (shipping can be rediculously slow)but, he won't return PM's and his cell go's straight to the answering machine. I have not recieved any tracking info and he has seemed to vanish after recieving payment from us. Please keep this up top in case he "forgot" . Thanks HT

daaamn guys i apologize for dizzyroc88 cuz i know he has always been a good honest seller ....but ima gonna try to see if i can get a hold of him myself and see whats up with him and see you guys get your stuff or money back.......i dont why he would do this but i dont think he would scam anyone but ima see whats going on with him and to tell him to pm u guys or call u up,if not then you guys should take necessary action against him!!

hey see if you could get a hold of him, i dont know whats going on because i left him like 8 messages. and the only time i could reach him was when he was just waiting for money to transfer. since you guys dealed with him give him the heads up because i filed for paypal claim and i will get the prob solved

I can attest that he is/was a good seller. I sent him payment and talked to him to tell him. It took him a day or two to ship the stuff out, but it got here in a day or two. have you guys tried to e-mail him? Maybe with all the stuff that happened in Florida he might not be as easy to get a hold of, or mail might be slow. I'll look for his info, but I can't be sure that I still have it.

Thanks for the support everyone. I am not making a claim yet but, Ill try to contact him via e-mail and see if I have any luck. You would think though, if someone gets online to check his/her e-mail they would check the thousand or so dollars worth of parts they have for sale as well.

yeah i tried emailing him and it doesn't take a 3-6 days to send an item, i mean all i need is a tracking # then every thing would be alrite. even an email reply. so guys if you dealt with him. help with the info ...

 

Everything has been taken care of on my side.........Hopefully . I talked to him and he said he had some personal issues but, assured me that the IC will be shipped first thing Monday. I'll keep you guys posted.

alrite. finally i got the fed ex tracking and it says its being ship. so i thinking that due to all the trouble i went threw. he's pulling through and i will take back saying he'sphony but for future reference im making sure i get enough info for back up reason.

 

UPDATE: I still have not recieved my IC. I talked to him today and he still has not shipped it. He says he can't make shipping lables because his internet is down but, He seemed to make dvtlegends label just fine. Because of him my car is down and behind schedule for being done.

Don't EVER do business w/ dizzyroc88!!!!!

I recieved it yes but, after a month of waiting and 2 missed events and still had to pay an Extra like $30 to have it overnighted so, you didn't "forget" to ship it again. When I did get it it was full of oil and other debris so that was shitty as well. I won't clear things up because you did horrible business w/ me and I would never reccomend anyone to buy anthing from you. You aren't a scammer but, you are a very flakey/shitty seller

if i was such a shitty and flakey seller i wouldnt have brought this thread back to set things right. wether its a refund or parts. if you cant be understanding with me to know my situation then thats fine...i cant do anything else about that.
