Best manifold for my EP

I'm putting a kit together, and I got to the part on deciding what manifold to go with.I have two options

1. SFP turbular manifold $430.00
2. HKS cast manifold $295.00

Any input would help

Well i am going to guess you are running an internal WG

In that case I would save some $$ and go wit the HKS unit with a heat shield

Thanks for your help. Actually I'm going with an external wastegate.
