Default Is there some way to adjust the e-brake on a 5th gen?

I am trying to get a good pic doing a burnout but when I pull the e-brake and drop the clutch the wheels turn in the rear. There not locked. Is there some way to adjust the cable tighter. This is on a 98.

Remove your centre console to get at adjusting nut number 9 on the diagram in the link below, and adjust it to your taste.

Or get a cable and tie the back end of your car to something or add chocks, haha

Then again I'm a redneck
