Default valve spring seat locator interchangability

well i've been doing some research for my roomie, since we're building his f22 head.

searching for budget valvetrain, please don't tell me (do it the right way spend uber cash)

here's what i've learned

h22 and b18c/b16 valve springs are interchangeable.
the h22 and the b's have different seat locators
h22 springs are shorter than f22

on the ferrea catalog the f22/h22/b's have the same part # for the valve springs, all with different part #'s for seat locators. they are only 3.99 a piece, so i ordered one for the f22. we'll see if it works. hope to use these to make gsr springs work

so i'm hoping that i can use different seat locators to make the dual gsr springs work and rev to 7k.

does anyone have any experience with interchanging valve spring seat locators?

bump...

does the spring height matter?

say i did get gsr springs to work by finding a seat locator that made them fit, while running a high lift (reground cam), would i run into a problem of the cam lifting too high for the gsr springs......like could they bottom out?
