im running t1r cat jack, mid pipe and spoon n1 and wasnt as loud on my b20vtec
but on the stock b20 i have in their right now its loud as fuc@

i think ehaust noise has to do more with diameter of the pipe to the amount of power your making.
ie stock motor 2.5 inch pipe = loud as fu@k
mildly built motor 2.5 inch pipe = not as loud as f@uck

With a straight pipe, depending on what b-pipe you get, it might be really loud.

Im considering buying the t1r b pipe and the spoon n1 axel back, for autox, bc its the lightest, and I heard they are very loud.

most n1 style canasters are loud the bigger the canaster the quieter that is if you have a resonator still on if you want to keep it quiet try a greddy sp 95 decipals is the law i have a 98 itr set up with a test pipe jdm header greddy sp nice deep and throaty until you hit 5800 on up that's just my own experience i have had tenabe hyper medallions before pretty quiet too i lived in LA for over 30 years now i live in Hawaii no smog laws but i still choose to keep my car from sounding ricey or pingy either way good luck may the force be with you v tec force that is
