Dude, stop bitching because you got your feelings hurt cuz you couldn't figure out how to use the search button

As for your question: just splice the wires into your headlight wires. It'd be pretty easy

For the front blinker lights, you'll probably have to wire it so that it's connected w/ the headlight wires and such. You'll might need some resistors (not sure though). As for the headlights, I'm guessing you're talking about HIDs? I don't know much about retrofitting but my advice to you is to get the projector kind and not just the bulb by itself, since it'll just burn out. If you don't want to go through the trouble of getting completely new head lights, you might want to just get some silverstars. Those are pretty bright. Not quite blue, but they'll definitely light up the road.

O and u should be careful what you say... it seems like you're already getting on the bad side of the mods here and a lot of the veteran members as well...

Im assuming you have a 5th gen. If you do that mod you'll need to get the corner narness from a 92-95 civic corner or from a 98+ accord. If you dont, you will melt your harness cuz the bulb gets too hot and the plug harness that comes with the 5th gens arent built to support it.

as for your number question you were asking about.

HID - High Intensity Discharge

Here's everything you've ever wanted to know about HID's. Taken from the EG+ forum.
