Default do TB and IM have to replace at the same time for ?

yeah i noticed that if replace TB with larger size or bored out the OEM TB wouldn't help much if the IM remains completely stock....is it a good thing to replace both at once.....im thinking of bore out my gsr TB to at least 62mm and sk2 IM....is this good combination to go with...

im expecting 4hp gain and maybe 2tq out of bored TB + sk2 IM....sound reasonable?

Sounds reasonable. Just make sure that the inlet on the intake manifold matches the throttle body.
