At start up and low r's have a clicking and electric motor noise that I can feel pulsing in the Brake Pedle. Before sending it into a non-existant shop in my area any ideas of what it could be.

 

my buddy's fluid was low and it did that same thing, just check the fluid level in the ABS module, if low fill to the specified amount with (ABS brake fluid). I am sure that will probably fix your problem. Just let us know.
