Whats up HT...I have a 92 Si hatchback and Im having a little trouble with my corners

1. When I turn on my parking lights, the corners are as bright as they are when they NORMALLY signal (as you know, when you signal the corner gets a little brighter than just constantly on)
2. When I put my signal on or my hazards on, they stay bright (on) and if u look REAL close to the bulb, you can see a dull signal in each corner. The green arrow signals on my cluster blink fast and the rear blinkers blink fast also.

I was wondering if it could be a fuse or a crossed wire or something? All the wires look ok to me but I'm just really confused
