Default CTR cams / B16a stock valvesprings.

Heya guys.

Just wondering if anyone knows how well stock b16a valvesprings will hold up to a set of CTR cams.

I know that my b16 comes with dual valvesprings stock on the intake side. but b16b's have duals for intake and exhasut.
will I get away with leaving the stockers in place?

Just worrid about valve float

you can use stock but if you plan on going to 9k I would reccomend something better. you might want to consider getting gsr or ITR lost motion assemblies

If you will be keeping stock redline then you should be cool with what you have. Any higher and you need to upgrade to be safe and reliable.

well with ctr cams they have a higher lift than the itr so it is highly recommened that u replace the springs with dual.u might get away with the intake side but u gonna need them on the exh side, thats if u doint take it pass stock redline

CTR's are fine on stock B16A springs as long as you keep the stock redline.
