VAFC Setting question
What exactly does the High to low setting and low to high setting set on the vtec controller? Is low to high when you want vtec to kick in? and high to low when you want to drop back to the low cam?

so If I set vtec L-H at 4000 how about how much lower is a safe bet on the H-L . is it a good Idea to set them close to each other. And for a rough tune it's better to add fuel during vtec right?
