oh god. I'm just waiting for the **** to start flying, here comes the bandwagon
um..just outta curiosity - how many people here who have posted that "this is junk!!" actually used any of this? What'd you say? Nobody? oh, okay. Same crowd that thought the OBX LSD wasn't a re-badged quaife when we've got guys with 500+ that haven't hurt one yet.
For the record - I've run across 4 H-T members so far that uses the SS Autochrome manifold and they have absolutely no complaints about it. It's not made of any different material (mild steel) than most others, it's equally as thick, and it's also TIG welded. The shitty thing is that you'd have to search for "SS" and two character searches don't come up on H-T. BTW, I'm loving my SS Autochrome re-badged hybrid and have had approximately zero problems with it (thus far). Got me to a 109.72mph on a **** basic LS turbo in a hatch with a gallon of 100. I guess I'll find out about their manifold later in the year, but if it's anything liek the turbo or even the other manifolds that use the identical components - then I don't expect any problems

I eat em like spinnach. It's pretty easy when you think outside the proverbial box and actually did the research your self - vs listening to some bandwagon jockies online.

jesus man, you have 1470 posts on this forum and you haven't seen ANY topics which already answer your question? god man...seriously, theres at least 100 topics on this subject already.
some people have luck with them and some don't. I believe the manifold is fine as long as you brace the turbo from the block or something. I don't know why everybody hops on the bandwagon and bashes them so much. Yes the metal is very thin, but if the turbo is supported you shouldn't have any problems. Also I have seen a few people around my area using their turbo + manifold combo with no problems. I have heard some bad things about the oil seals going in the turbos pretty quickly, but the people i've personally seen with them have had no problems.
