tips for side markers
get a template, a dremel and painters tape. tape off the area you want to cut a hole in. place the template over the tape, trace the rectangle shape and dremel away. i also heard that you can use a sheet metal "nibbler" instead of a dremel, which is easier and you can get it from radio shack i think.

i would have to say a dremel. I believe CXshoe from here on HT has the actual mesurements from a jdm fender so you know exactly where they go. Other than that just make sure you dint over cut the hole and end up having to get new fenders.
