i have 4 racing hart c5 knockoffs.i think the brand is concept racing or something,they all have tire.2 tires are 60% tread,the other 2 are toyo like brand new ,2 have VERY MINOR scratch and crub marks but for $350firm you cant bet it.im in so cali.no pix just hit me up if you wanna see them
