cai in kali

i live in kali where it doesn't rain that much...but i want a cai...do i need bypass filter for winter if i live in kali? is the filter that sensitive to rain?

no...its only when you try to go through big *** puddles. if it doesnt rain muc then i wouldnt worry about it. use some common sense and youll be a-ok
