Default B16 with LSD vs. 325i auto...?

Hey I dont know if this is the right thread but ill go ahead. This girl with an automatic 2001 BMW 325i sedan wants to race me for $200 and I dont know if this things actually fast or shes retarded. Her 325i automatic has intake, exhaust, chipped, with 18" rims. I got a JDM B16 with LSD in an EG with P30, full interior, short ram, axleback only, Si rims, no power steering or A/C and skunk2 short shifter. I wouldn't say im the best driver but i dont suck ***. Tell me what you guys think. If this is the wrong forum then just reply. Im ready for the flaming though just in case. THanks
