i have a grind in third gear and i just took apart the trans and i noticed the gear has some nicks in it... fourth gear also looks like it will have to be changed in the future... Where is a good place to buy new gears?

hey is it possible to have a grind on reverse gear?? because my doesnt work or budge to go in at all since i dont really want to pull the tranny apart.
