I have an 03 EP3 with a Tanabe Super Medallion exhaust system. I'm thinking about buying a DC 4-2-1 header, but I'm not sure if I will need to do any mods to the exhaust system.

I've been searching online, and everyone seems to be saying that the DCRH will not fit with the stock EP3 exhaust, but I haven't been able to find any info about using them with Tanabe stuff.

Any help would be great.

 

yeah if u get any header for ur model of course it would fit the exhuast system made also for ur model. If not it should be

 

good, that's what i figured...i just read some posts on ephatch.com saying that the DC headers will only work with certain exhaust systems (type-s, ctr) and wasn't too sure if my tanabe system falls under either of those categories.

talked to my Honda dealer, and it looks like they don't mind one bit about race headers. not sure if i should get an RH or just a standard DC header yet.

my main concern is emissions and the fuzz.
