I've been very cooperative on my part, everything you've asked me to do I've completed. I cancelled dsipute on Paypal, I called my CC company and talked to them to cancel the dispute there as well. You need to be a little more patient, it takes time for them to do the research and make sure neither you nor I are trying to scam them.

You can post all over HT if you like, I have many emails between us that disprove anything you will say. Even in this email below it says I've been nothing but cooperative. Don't threaten me, I'm not some ******* kid. By even making this threat to me you sound like a child.

You gotta understand my point of view, I didn't receive a package for weeks, numerous times you told me you would provide the tracking number and you never did until the package finally arrived. So I called to dispute the charge. After you saw that, you got really responsive on where my pakage was. I charged back the money before the package arrived. I was at work, how the **** am I supposed to know it showed up? If you would have provided a tracking number in advance like I asked, we would not be having a problem now.

 

I have all the emails as well- Like I said to you in my reply- Watch your finger pointing and name calling and get the facts straight- I haven't posted anything on honda-tech like I said I would not do- Plus, the chargeback occured at least a week and half after you received the part. To my understanding, if you called your CC and cleared it up; why did it still go through well after you received your item? It doesn't make any sense since a chargeback is a process that CC companies do not go blindly into without confirmation from the person making the dispute. Also, I can't help the fact that you were at work when the item was shipped. Is that really my fault. I don't think so. I have kept our conversation off the boards and held them in private. This is my first post on honda-tech in regards to this matter. I'm sure you don't want to be labeled a scammer, but all I asked was for you to do the right thing...

 

you can write another essay if you want, but you have our IM and we did not get paid on our end of the bargain..and no i will NOT keep this off HT and until we recieve our payment your address stays in my sig.

EastonDLE is my brother and im just looking out for him and i could care less how i act to someone whos trying to rip him off. I'll let you guys take care of it but i will keep an update on whats going on..

This is what was actually sent. They only post pieces to make me look bad.

Just spoke with My cc Company. They said they re-sent you a payment on 11/8/04 so you should definitely have your money. If you do not believe me or have any additional problems or questions, please call 1-800-732-9194. They can provide confirmation that they did in fact send the money back to you.

They also said that a statement was just mailed last monday to me. Once it arrives, if you wish, I can fax you a copy, on it will confirm they charge to MY account.

I mean seriously, step back and look at this situation for a moment, In all of my emails, I have done everything you asked, I cancelled charge on paypal, I cancelled charge with the CC company, where did I do something wrong? I can't force the CC company to do anything, I called them like you asked. Look at this email below as an example of where I thought we were:

once i started slandering your name, that was when you "woke up" and started responding back to our emails..but i told you i will remove the info in my sig once everything gets settled and i do keep my word..

 

If it was that easy...I just got off the phone with paypal again (for the second time mind you) and they informed me of no such cancellation being placed. Also, they told me that there was no credit pending on my active account as well. They did however say that, if you in fact did call them to cancel, an affidavit email would have been sent to you which you would have to sign and send back. The repayment from the credit card company does not go to me directly. It goes to paypal since they were the accepting parties of all monies. So saying that I got the money back is false. Providing me with an 800 number for your credit card company does me no good. They can't and will not tell me anything in relation to your account. So as of 3:43pm (PST) nothing has changed...the saga continues... I'm still without the funds.
