Honestly---
While odds are tht you can lean it out -4 across the powerband, and more up top, without using some sort of wideband air/fuel guage, it's pointless doing this blind.
Ideally, you'll be on a dyno with a plot of your air/fuel ratio as a point of reference for tuning.
I don't know how scarce dynos are in Istambul.
