sup,ok here the stats h23 stock,intake,exhaust, lately my engine has been ticking pretty loud . i need to do an oil change,should of been done in july , im doing it today. could that be it from the thin oil ? or are my valves in need of tighting ?

 

99% chance you just need a valve adjustment.

.003" intake and .006" exhaust worked for mine.

 

I agree with Hawkze, normally you get your valve adjustment with your 30k service.
