Try Dan Baldwin at Baldwin Auto Service in Powhatan, VA. He's certified in Aceel/DFI Gen 7, but works primarily with domestic V* stuff. Other than that, Richmond really isn't know for sport compact performance shops.

A better suggestion (although you'd have to travel) might be INline Pro up I-95 in Springfield. They race, do a good job & have a sound reputation. Their number is (703) 644-1788. Hope this helps.
