Default wheel hop on a 96 4-door civic

What could be causing my car to wheel hop when launching? And YES i already searched.

Launching at too high of an RPM?
Too much throttle?

psi too high. this happened to me and i relized after i launched y i was hopping hella bad

my problem in my 94 4dr was soft mushy motor mounts and launchin too low in the rpm band. i did the diy motor mount inserts and ill be goddamned if i have no more wheel hop. try launching at 5500-6000rpm. if that doesnt work, try searching for motor mount inserts. hope this helps

Get a engine torque damper and traction bar..stiffer engine mounts too.
