I know a few ways.
Grease the dickens out of the rim (help protect), and bust out the cutting torch.
Get a cheap impact socket almost the same size, hammer it on, and twist if off.
Get a good chisel and chisel it on the angle of loosening, since they are hardened steel soon it will chip and crack off enough that you can turn it.
Find a replacement lock if its generic.

I had those same locks on my car when I bought it, and I used this method. Took me about 30 minutes for the first wheel to figure out the process, then about 60 seconds each for the other 3.

go to a local tire shop and tell them you lost the key... ask them to air chisel them off... I used to do it all the time for people. It doesn't take long to do. I hit at an angle and then it will spin the locks off and you can remove them by hand.
If not, go to sears and buy a extractor socket. It will remove anything. Once again, a local tire shop will have this in their tool supply.

Take it to discount tire (end promo)
BTW, that lock design is on dodge trucks and toyotas but not on ws-6's and pontiacs. the key is female (in design) on the GM's. Those are more like Gorilla locks that are cheaper and prone to stripping.
To get them off, HamiltonRex is on the right track without a removal kit that a tire shop would have. Good Luck

Best advice yet. Most tire shops around here have them on hand.

thanx for the reply guys
i had friend weld on an old cosket on to the lock nut but b/c i ahve 95 gsr rims the lock nut is somewhat hidden in the wheel. my friend was only able to weld on half the socket and even that broke off once we applied pressure to it
i was also thinking on using a chisel and placing it on one of the grooves and hitting it with a hammer to break it loose
i called a few local shops and they want anywhere from $10-50 each wheel
what is this special tool you guys are talking about ?? does this thing have a name or if possible can someone please post a pic ??
also can you explain to me in a little mroe detail how you "hammer the impact socket" im scared i might hit the wheel stud and pop that loose. or do you guys mean hammer a socket OVER the lock nut ??
agian thanx for the replies guys

Well theives stole my wheels by using a Mastercraft stripped bolt remover. All they did was take the special socket from the kit and put it in a breaker bar and put it on my lugs and removed them. Like 10sec a lug and you are good to go. I dont know if they sell them in the US becuase Mastercraft is a Canadian company but Bob Vila was showing them on the commercial. I bet you can get a set at Sears for like $30.
