I just run 155/80/13's ($23) on 13x5 steelies.

Jegs or Summit canget you the skinnys you want, but at 4x the money.

Moroso 23x5x15 for $91 @ Jegs.

but what do your rims weigh along with the skinnies rims??

reduce 1 lb of dead weight( rim weight) and reduce 28 lbs off your car ( 4 rims combined)

Well I saw some on http://www.mmrusa.com awhile back so check them out and see if they still have them on there. Good luck finding some I would just put some slipstreams on there. http://www.intercrewautosalon.com

who cares, you are only going in a straight line for 3/8's of a mile. No time for heat buildup from speed and/or cornering.

9-95 HX wheels with 155/60/13's... VERY lightweight.

"T" speed rated....that's 118mph...I've taken "S" rated tires to over 120+ with no problems(on the highways)and that's longer than a drag strip

THe point is, not a lot of people break over 110mph in the 1320 anyways(a regular Joe)

Those are illegal to run at ANY track.

ESP since most are only rated to 45-55 mph

because steelies where free (got 4 of them from dealer) and only cost $102 for the tires mounted/balanced.

I'm a cheapass, a fast cheapass though.

The Insight's wheels are ultra light- feels like a bicycle tire- and not too bad looking either. But they do cost some Mad Bills $$$. (unless you can find a totalled Insight- or an Insight that has been in any kind of wreck since you could total one with your foot)

I see no point in getting rear drag rims...It's pointless for the cost of them...If I wasn't heavily sponsored or a por dragster, I would never get them.

I just bump up the rear tire pressures. It's a hassle to take off the 1st set and put the 2nd set on. I just wanna drive there and make a pass.
