Hello guy's!
I have civic B18C engine with darton kit sleeves.
I had a COMETIC head gasket and he didn't hold this much of boost.
Can somebody recommand me the best head gasket for this kind of boost?

Yeah cometics (some if not most) are thicker, but if your running 30psi, Im assuming (for your sake) that you have a built and sleeved motor, and a adequate engine management. If so, theres no need for a thick headgasket if the car is tuned right, and especially if the motor can withstand the high boost..

Like i said, Stock will be fine..

Stock gaskest can handle well over 30 psi of boost. I have seen them hang at over 1000 H.P. Copper spray is what I use and recommend, as well as good headstuds. Check out our web-site http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com Hope this helps.

Any major advantages to o-ringing compared to a step-deck?

another thing that you might do is put a straight edge on the deck of your block and make sure that none of your sleeves have dropped.

Just to make sure. You are asking on:

How much torque is needed to bolt the head down?

if your using stock head bolts i wouldnt go over 70 ft/lbs honda spec is 63 ft/lbs with clean motor oil.and its very important to torq your cams to spec if they are over tightend you will loose power or worse damage cams or cylinder head. 8/1.25mm 20 ft/lbs.
6/1.0mm 7.2 ft/lbs
