Go to autozone, get some Duplicolor WHEEL paint. Prep the wheels, sand them down if necessary with a fine grit paper. Clean the wheels off good, you don't want dirt or anything else on them. Spray some Duplicolor adhesive promoter, then spray on a few coats of the wheel paint. My HX wheels came out looking pretty good.

Pick up some notecards to slide between the tire and rim to prevent paint on the tire

I plan on re-painting my wheels since they are starting to peel. I pick up some DupliColor lacquer spraypaint in flat black today at Autozone. Will this be okay to paint my wheels with? I couldn't find the DupliColor wheel paint in flat black.
