Okay I'm doing the OBD-0 OBD-1 conversion. Everything look slike it work and worked out almost all the bugs. However the ignition does get any voltage and what is wierd is the CEL doesn't turn on when you first turn on the car. But if I unground the VTEC controller it lights up and makes the main relay get all crazy. So One thing I think is I have the P28 Alternator (wht/yel) hooked up to PR3 B5 which is wht/yel but the pin outs read PR3 B5 as the VTEC pressure. So I'm thinking that might be wrong. But I still need to hook up P28 Alternator wht/yel.
Could that be causing the no CEL? and what about the Coil. It's not getting any power. I've rechecked the wiring so many times I am pretty sure it's all correct except the one listed above. Any thoughts?

 

Okay so now Almost everything is good. Except it won't turn over, won't fire. Checked Fuel, Injectors, Spark. I have everything working and no codes. Injectors work, check with Noid light, and checked to make it's getting spark.
Can't think of anything else. Please list things it could be.
