need help read a cam card

i just got a new set of cams there are stage 1 crower for a turbo setup.
can i put them a tdc? like the oem one or does this cam card tell me something other then that

You can install the cams using just the marks, but they give you cam spec sheet so you can degree the cams in to their specs so that you know they're accurately synchronized with the piston events.
