Default removing all body panels for paint, how hard?

This lady sideswiped my car. I planned to have the fiberglass hood skin paint matched and the rear bumper is badly paint matched and chipped. I'm considering getting the whole car painted rather than having a rainbow car. I think I can work out a deal with Earl Shieb if I take all the body panels off, plus they'll do a better job since they wont have to rope anything off. I'm wondering how hard would it be to take off the roof and the rear fenders? Maybe I should leave those parts on? Ive taken off the front fenders, hood, front and rear bumper before no prob. What about the rear hatch? Straightforward, yes? Any advice or suggestions? I don't have a lot of money and I'm not all about appearances, I just want a clean looking car.

The roof and the rear quarter panels aren't something you can just unbolt, lol. If you're still insisting on chopping your car up, go for it. GL

Roof doesn't come out just like that. It's got to be cut out. I don't think he's talking about just the headliner.

I just got several quotes for having a roof on a DX hatch replaced with a roof from Si hatch. I was quoted $1200. Obviously front and rear windshields have to be removed. They're cut where the rain gutters are and for the spot-welds, they have to be drilled out. Now, when I got a quote to have one rear quarter panel replaced, I was quoted $2-3K. I'm sure if they were that easy to just take off, everybody would be doing them like nothing.
