I have a 99 civic ex with greddy turbo kit.(TD04H-19T )

my cel will come on and turn off. It will come on for like 25 miles then it will turn off. Today My cel light was on, I went to shucks and did obd2 test.
these are the codes I'm throwing:
p0301 cylinder 1 misfire detected
p0303 cylinder 3 misfire detected
p0304 cylinder 4 misfire detected
p0300 random multiply misfire detected
p0420 catalyst system efficiency below threshold(bank 1)

This is weird, right as I was about to unplug the obd2 cable my cel turn off.
I scan it again to see if there where still codes? nothing, The cel is not burned out?
But Im sure it will come on again.

I have stock ignition. I want upgrade it.

Does anyone know whats a good setup withouts spending to much money. I was looking at the msd ones but I don't know what one would be good for my car. I also don't want it to miss with my cel.

Can someone please tell me whats the best to buy? Thanks

I forgot to mention that I just got new oem cap, rotor, wires, and ngk plugs.
I don't understand why Im misfiring, I also don't feel it at all.

what is your feul management? injector size?

 

I know that there was a bulletin on the 97 civics where they would
misfire, and the ECM/PCM needed to be replaced...
