Default Changed plugs and wires, worse gas mileage help plz!

I've had my 1996 Accord Ex 2dr F22B1 since April. I changed my spark plugs and wires with NGK Iridium 4 Spark plugs and NGK Spark Plug Wires. Since then my gas mileage has worsened. I have a quarter tank remaining and 208 miles so far. I know, I shouldn't rely solely on the gauge, but I cannot help but think that before I changed my plugs/wires, my tank wouldn't indicate less gas without even more mileage. Assuming I am correct, since I've had the car for 4 months, what could my problem be? Should I have changed the dist. cap automatically since I changed the plugs/wires??
