How long can I drive titanium retainers?

Depends on how the car motor is worked. But yes, you will end up needed to change them, as they don't last as long as OEM.

I had a JUN retainer break on me after about 4 years of use.
It had actually worn thin and then the outside ring of it broke off, but luckily it just dropped down onto the inner spring and prevented any damge from happening.
After replacing them, I noticed that ALL of the JUN retainers were worn very thin. They would have broke at any time.
A friend of mine had the same experience. One broke and the rest were worn thin.
I'm not sure exact mileage, but I'm keeping track with these retainers and plan to figure out a good milage to change them.

that ? is like me guessing your weight over the phone all you can get is maybe a ballpark figure ....it all depends on how your hard your driving your car..if you daily drive it they will last u alot longer then if your dragstripping

By inspecting them regularly, you should be able to tell when they're beginning to wear. Depending upon your setup, there most likely isn't a need for something other than the stock pieces.
