has anybody here custom camed there turbo honda to have the tq and power come later(like TQ peaks at 8-9k rpm)? im sure youd make huge gains just moving the tq peak 1000 rpms later. your average 300 ft/lb motor could pick up 50-100 hp with out having any more tq.
the head can take it, so why dont ppl do this?

 

I had a turbo cam in my 1st or 2nd turbo set up, it had a lot of umph in the lower rpm's. That's about all I remember.
