Default how do you replace synchros/blocking rings in tranny?

i pulled my tranny off of my motor (d16z6 sohc vtec) and then pulled apart the tranny housing and saw that the 1st and 2nd synchros are bad and the blocking rings for 1st and 2nd are pretty much gone (no more teeth left on the blocking rings)...

so if anyone knows how to take apart the synchros and blocking rings, please let me know...

should i replace the synchros and blocking rings for first and second gear only or should i replace them for all the gears, since the tranny is all apart??? and i think you have to take all of them off to get to first and second gear... because i dont want to take the tranny apart again to replace them for the other gears...

anyone with some info, please let me know...thanks

That, a good hydraulic press, feeler gauges, and some patience.
