engine swap

i j ust bought a 95 civic dx. i am planning on swapping the engine. which engine and transmission would be best for 2.5-3 thousand bucks?

Thanks bud, I was talking to a few of my friends about the h22 and they thought with my 95 civic that i could be pushing 200hp. do you agree?

Since thats the power the engine is rated at, yes.
