Anyone know how those guys are doing? It was a newer silver civic with rims. It happened about 30 seconds infront of my buddy and I coming back from the Palmdale drags. We didn't see what happened but by the time we passed the scene there was a bunch of hondas pulled over running towards the silver civic that was on its roof in the embankment. Looked like a horrible crash. We went through all the dust and smoke. There was an RV pulled over running to help also. Anyone know what happened or how they are doing? It looked like a fatal crash to me. I think I remember a silver civic that looked like that one in line with me at the drags, it was turbo'd with a FMIC, not sure if it's the same one tho.

I read about some dude, with a turbo civic getting into an accident. Dude got thrown out of the car (he WAS wearing a seat belt), but there were 2 other cars also. His friend died, and so did some other guy that was egging his friend on to race or something. I don't know if its the same story or not. I think the dude said they were on the way to Vegas or casinos. THe story was on here.

I'm not really a H-t'er, I own an Audi S4, just thought I would check in to see if anyone knew anything about it or if they are ok.

Was this last night? B/C this one happened around 10ish on Friday night. I didn't see any other cars get involved really, just a bunch of hondas pulled over(maybe 7 or 8) and an RV pulled over. It was too dusty and smoke filled to see any other cars damaged. They were probably racing since it was an open, straight, downhill 4 lane highway with that number of fixed up hondas. It's possible that they weren't even coming from LACR and just a random group of hondas. Can you link this thread to the thread your refering to? I checked before I posted, but nothing caught my attention.

I'm confused. You said crashed on the 5 freeway in Palmdale? The 5 doesn't run through Palmdale.

My bad, your right, it was probably before the 5, it probably happened on the CA-14.

I did, a friend of a friend said he saw something on the local news about a honda crash and 2 dead. Supposedly a friend that died was telling the guy to race and died or something. Just thought one of the group of hondas would be on here.
