what's the difference between hydeo and cable transmission?
Can anybody tell me what is the difference between a hydro tranny and cable tranny, besides that one is hydro rods and the other is calbe links. Is the cables link weaker and if so how much weaker? How much hp can it hold if it has a limit?
Thanks in advance to anyone wit helpful replys- Da young buck flyin by in my 91' intgera b18vtek

huh?
the difference is just how it disengages the clutch. with a cable tranny, when you press the clutch, it pulls on a cable. with a hydraulic tranny, pushing the clutch pedal pressurizes fluid in a cylinder through a hard line, to the slave cylinder, and disengages the clutch with fluid pressure.
other than that, they're pretty much the same, so i don't think either one is particularly "stronger" than the other.
hydro rods and cable links, i dont know what you're talking about.
