You would need the hood, lights, bumper, and fenders.

i would keep the 97 front end on.. the 00' front end looks like it bends down. Although it does have inlets for foglights. It really alot of work for a little difference

yeah, I just found out, that to do it properly you have to the the whole radiator support thing, blah blah blah. So just buy a 99-00 or the 96-98. I like the 99-00 better.

U can do it without the radiator support. Just gotta cut some tabs off the bumper and it fits nice and snug.

This conversion is far from hard... It is the most easiest thing to do...

All you need to do is get 99-00 fender's, 99-00 front bumper, 99-00 grille (just get an oem one and i can direct you to do a DIY knock off ctr grille) if the bumper did not come with one, 99-00 head lights, 99-00 hood... You can just use your 96-98 bumper foam (it helps to keep the bumpers shape), Everything is just complete bolt up except you will have to do just a tad bit of cutting on the bumper but nothing too major... But it's all easy... There's got to be a DIY on how to do the conversion...

I did the 99-00 on my 98 ek but.. i kinda want to go back because the more i look at it the Si-R conversion looks pretty nice!! But anyhow... It's up to you either way you can make'm both look really good

I personally like the 99-00 front end. My '96 hatch is converted: http://www.snailcard.com/knoj/knoj_hb1.jpg

I didn't do the conversion though, I bought it that way. I think it was converted because of a wreck... The airbags are missing, that should be a giveaway huh?
