Horn & wipers dont work, fuse diagram?

I dont have the cover, which ones (fuses) are for the horn &/or wipers? Could it be something else?

the horn fuse is in the engine bay. dont know which one exactly, but there arent too many flat fuses in there, so just pull them and see if any one is popped.

Thanks man... gonna look for that now, how about the one for the wipers? Its a 97 EX
